ORGANIC CERTIFIED

To ensure food safety and food trust, our organic offerings are fully certified.  We source organic certified produce primarily from our own farms as well as other certified farmers that we trust.

We hold the following certifications:

  • USDA Certificate - USDA is a world recognized institute with very high standards

  • International Certificate for Organic Agriculture from IFOAM (Germany)

  • EURO Certificate for Organic Agriculture

  • Canadian Certificate for Organic Agriculture

  • Organic Thailand Certificate

A lot of suppliers claim to provide organic produce, however there is a big difference between organic and certified organic. Make sure you are really getting what you ask for.

What is Organic, Exactly?

The USDA states that the goal of organic foods and organic farming is to "integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity."

Put simply, if you see the "USDA Organic" or "Certified Organic" seal on your food, the item must have an ingredients list and the contents should be 95% or more certified organic, meaning free of synthetic additives like pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and dyes, and must not be processed using industrial solvents, irradiation, or genetic engineering, according to the USDA. The remaining 5% may only be foods or processed with additives on an approved list.

It relies on ecological processes, biodiversity and cycles adapted to local conditions, rather than the use of inputs with adverse effects.
